Do You Have a Warranty?

Yes we do. Our warranty covers defects in material, labor and installation issues. This includes full replacement (if necessary) for defective material and/or improper installation. For example; if it starts to lift or bubble, please contact us ASAP. This way we can resolve the issue before further damage occurs. Email us photos of the affected area and from there we will schedule for you to come back and we will have our installers inspect the issue to determine the cause and plan a course of action to fix the issue.

What Isn't Covered under Your Warrenty?

Our warranty does not cover damage to the wrap caused by machinery like car washes, pressure washers, accidents, road damage, negligence, misuse, sun damage, wear and tear, or any failure not caused by materials or installation. The Warranty is voided if tampered with. This does not cover warrantable failures due to pre-existing damages on the vehicle such as rust, paint oxidation, or previous paint or body repair.

How Do I Wash my Wrapped Car?

  • A brushless automatic car wash with just spray is acceptable.
  • The automated brush wash is not recommended as the brushes may scratch the vinyl surface, catch and lift the edges of the vinyl wrap, reduce the gloss finish and/or create a failure point.
  • Skip the wax options at the car wash to avoid wax that contains petroleum distillates which can damage the wrap.
  • Let the wrap dry naturally or dab dry with a microfiber towel.
